Accounting Manager for Exciting Manufacturing and Development Company

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to be responsible for the company's accounting and payroll management.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting the company's managers with personnel administration such as monitoring legislation and changes in collective agreements. You will also be responsible for financial reporting to authorities and have application responsibility for some of our IT system supports. You will report to the company's CFO. The position is located in Tyresö.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• a university degree or equivalent experience in accounting
• several years of experience as an Accountant
• basic knowledge of payroll management and collective agreements as well as rules and laws regarding personnel administration.
• experience in group accounting and K3 regulations is an advantage
• experience in change management within digitalization processes is highly desirable
• high IT maturity and familiar with optimizing business/accounting systems
• experience working in a manufacturing company
• good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
